the private side
Inside the Moat
A moat exists to protect the people inside it. The show asks the question in public. This is where founders answer it with their real numbers, off the record.
what happens inside
What happens inside the room
the numbers
Real MRR, real churn, real payroll. The numbers nobody posts, shared between people with the same problems.
the room
Every member crossed the same floor. Nobody is selling, and nobody is celebrating their first $400.
the guests
Founders from the show, before and after their episode, with the parts that never get published.
the rule
What gets said inside stays inside. The publishing ethics of the show apply double here.
